Halloween on a Budget

Halloween is in full effect all around the nation. Every corner has a faux witch or pumpkin; a full assortment of candy stocks the shelves of every store. And, perhaps the most crucial part of Halloween, costumes. Kids run around Walmart and Kmart snatching $40 costumes off the hangers and throwing them in the cart. The joy of dressing up continues well into adulthood, but the seemingly endless cash flow of parents does not. So, if a party or a night of taking your younger siblings from street to street is in your near future, but your bank account isn’t as festive, try some of these cheap yet creative costumes!
