Halloween is in full effect all around the nation. Every corner has a faux witch or pumpkin; a full assortment of candy stocks the shelves of every store. And, perhaps the most crucial part of Halloween, costumes. Kids run around Walmart and Kmart snatching $40 costumes off the hangers and throwing them in the cart. The joy of dressing up continues well into adulthood, but the seemingly endless cash flow of parents does not.
